The professionalism shown by the both of you, as well as all of your employees, through out this entire process was exemplary. 

We would like to thank you all for walking us through every step of this process and explaining the issues in a very detailed and clear manner that even those of us
with no construction background were able to understand.  We are extremely pleased with the final outcome and will gladly recommend your services to others.

All of your employees were very courteous and took care to make sure their worksite remained in a relatively clean manner (as clean as a construction site could be) before they left each day. 
This was much appreciated, especially for the interior of the house, knowing that my children would still be safe if they were in that area.

In the end, I believe there is a relationship based on trust between my family and your employees. 
While we were happy to see the project end, it was also somewhat somber knowing it was over since a relationship had been developed. 
There are not very many companies out there where all the employees provide such great customer service as yours have.
